What are the rights and responsibilities of citizens?  To what extent did the Declaration of Independence  and Articles of Confederation establish an effective foundation for the American Government? How were Jefferson and Hamilton's ideas different? Could the Constitution be written without compromise?   How do the laws of our country apply to people of different ages, backgrounds, citizenship, etc.? Why does a republic only work if the citizens stay informed?
