Sometimes we will use this form, sometimes I might assign something different in google classroom.  Look there first, and if there is a CNN form assignment there, then use that one.  However, if you don't see one in that location, you may always use this one to make up an assignment.  Remember, put the date of the missing CNN form reflection on the date, not the date you are filling it out as a makeup.
