I encourage parents and students to contact me with any questions or concerns.
While I will reply to any voice mails left as quickly as possible, email is best and much more timely. In order to return phone messages, I must wait for the classroom to be empty in order to maintain confidentiality. With email, I am able to reply whenever I have a spare moment.
I do reply as quickly as possible and frequently am emailing back and forth from home when students are struggling with an assignment and/or parents are struggling with helping their students with an assigment.
Why is My Student Struggling?

Assignments have not been turned in on time and he or she is unable to fully participate in class activities.

Perhaps assignments are missing

There is a no name spot in the classroom.

Has he or she been absent? If so, stay after school to get caught up!

Maybe it was turned in, but was incomplete and it needs to be finished and resubmitted

Sometimes, things happen! If you have the missing work and it is graded, turn it back in and I will fix the error.

7th grade has a huge jump in expectations and sometimes smart students struggle. Let me know and I will help!
I see a grade, but the assignment comes up as missing.

Is there a comment attached to the assignment? That may answer your question.

Every now and then, technology does not cooperate. Email me the issue and perhaps when I entered the score it did not save properly.

No problem! Let me know and I will meet with you at the first available date between 2:45 and 3:30. If the issue is occuring in multiple classes, let me know and I will do my best to coordinate with the other teachers to have everyone present.
Privacy Policy
Hi! Laws are changing and I must keep up! When you use this site to contact me, It will keep the information in my site's contact list. It keeps the information you enter here and the date you contacted me. I only use this information to email or call you back to assist in the student's academic progress. I didn't even know it kept your name, email, etc. until I was notified about the law coming into effect this month (May 25, 2018). So, as you can see, your information is safe!

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page [I haven’t set it up to do this last sentence, but then, I didn’t know it stored your contact info – so I’m adding this in]. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. [When I looked, it only contained the information you type in to contact me and for me to contact you]
We may contact you to notify you regarding your education, to troubleshoot problems with your education, to resolve any problems associated with your education, to send updates about our school or your educational progress, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages [I don’t text. . . ], and postal mail.
